The plot of the Film
In the movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Steve Rogers is seen facing some difficulties to find his actual place in the modern world. Later, in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Steve decided to team up with fellow avengers because as per him that was the last way possible. He teamed up with S.H.I.E.L.D agent and Black Widow so that they can together fight with Winter Soldier.
A teaser was released by Marvel Studios in the month of July 2013. In that teaser, the discolored and disfigured shield of Captain America was shown. “the image suggests that [Captain America] might see some serious battle in the sequel,” said the Los Angeles Times.

Filming Location & Details
The principal photography of the movie started on April 1, the year was 2013 and the location was Raleigh Manhattan Beach Studios in Los Angeles. The working title of the project was Freezer Burn. The scenes that took place on the Lemurian Star were shot at Sea Launch Commander.

Additional photography of the film was conducted in the month of December 2013. The makers decided to go for additional photography so that Russos can more accurately show the actual state of each and every character after the overcome of S.H.I.E.L.D.
